Terms of Service

Every mural is custom-printed to order, to the wall dimensions you provide at checkout. Because each piece is made specifically for you, production begins shortly after your order is placed — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what that means for cancellations and returns.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a pricing or listing error, or suspected fraud — in which case we will notify you and refund any amount charged in full.

Prices are shown in the currency for your shipping region and are set at the time you place your order. We may change prices for future orders at any time; this will never affect an order you have already placed.

Production and delivery times shown on our Shipping page are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur, particularly with international courier services and customs clearance, and are outside our control once a shipment leaves our studio.

All mural artwork, designs, photography, and related imagery are the copyright of Canvas & Wall. Purchasing a mural gives you the physical printed product for personal use in your home or premises — it does not transfer any right to reproduce, resell, or otherwise commercially exploit the underlying artwork or designs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Canvas & Wall is registered to do business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law grants you additional rights that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to it.
